Automatic rebar bending machine ATMS1410 , working with diameters from 5mm to 14mm, having the ability to work in double wire mode with diameters up to 10mm. It is possible to bend wire for nearly 500 different shapes - open, closed, polygons, and others, thanks to the bidirectional work of the breaker in the 180 ° range, it is possible to make arcs, polygons and many complex shapes.

The design is based on an inclined plane, a simple and reliable mechanical design that guarantees stable and reliable operation.

In the additional option, it is possible to retrofit the device with an automatic collector to collect finished parts.

The equipment has been equipped with a CNC servo control system that independently selects bending, cutting, straightening, measuring and other process parameters. It also has a bending function in the opposite direction.

After programming, it continuously makes a whole series of different shapes.

1.Automatic CNC control system:

- allows machine operation from the operating panel, adapted CNC control to ensure full system automation, allows the processing of many types of reinforcing wire shapes.

2. Arrangement of straightening rollers:

- stored reinforcing bars may slightly differ from the expected shape, this system will ensure the recovery of the right straightness of the bar so that the final detail meets the expectations of angles, distance, but also a straight edge. The wire will not get tangled in the machine's structure or get stuck in it - this has been completely eliminated by introducing appropriate bar guiding systems. The rollers are made of a special alloy of wear resistant steel.

3. Double bar guidance system:

- the rolls are made of Cr12MoV material, which extends the life of the rollers, the efficiency of bar feeding is high, thus ensuring high accuracy over the lengths operated.

4.Automatic system for bidirectional bending:

-the system is capable of producing differently shaped loops in two directions and many more complex shapes thanks to the introduction of angle machining.
