PRICE INVESTIGATION: Purchase of software for warehouse and financial management.

In connection with the price call, we invite you to submit bids for Warehouse and Financial Management Software with minimum parameters:

The CRM software should consist of modules. Each module should be a separate plugin with the ability to enable/disable and with the principles of MVC (the logic of the system operation separated from the appearance and the place of storage of data).  CRM system  should streamline the work of the office, handling orders and introduce electronic workflow in the company. Additional functionality will include modules for handling auction sites and customer complaints. The system should be based on dictionaries thanks to which a large part of the system will be highly configurable. The system should be built to RWD (responsive design) standards so that the windows will automatically adapt to the resolution of the display and device.

- Offer management – module should allow you to enter orders and supervise their life path from the moment of request until the release of the product to the customer. There should be a function in the system to generate quotations and specifications to PDF. Order entry process: Quote -> Proforma -> VAT invoice

- Employee management – module should allow to supervise employees' activities in the system, add users, assign roles and rights

- Customer Management – the module should allow storing information about existing and potential customers with the function of searching by name, nip number, displaying previously generated offers, invoices and managing financial settlements with the customer, the module should also allow generating a list of customers with contact information.

- Warehouse management – the module should allow you to manage the number of products in the warehouse, including their history of entry and exit to the warehouse, origin along with supplier data and information about the people entering data in the system and the dates on which these changes were made

- Invoice management – module should allow to generate proforma and VAT invoice to pdf file formats.

- Automatic issuance of offers on websites – the module should enable connection to offer websites and functional generation of offers on these websites.

- Complaint management – the module should enable handling of requests and complaints directly from the Ordering Party's website, including displaying the sender, subject of the request and date of the request along with purchase history.

- Management of the machine service process – module should allow storing information about performed service activities and machine modifications  along with the history of used components. The module should be linked closely with the Warehouse Management module, so that entering parts in the Machine Service Process Management module automatically records the stock photo in the system, without the need for separate data entry in the Warehouse module.

The system should take into account the division of roles:

The work methodology for developing the system should be based on small stages called Sprints, so that each functionality of the system is once again verified in detail with the requirements of the Employer.
