ArtCAM Express is a simple to use and intuitive tool to support design and production.
ArtCAM Express is successfully used by users from a wide range of industries such as wood, advertising, industrial ornamentation and engraving. ArtCAM Express supports product production, from model creation to machining design to machine code generation.
ArtCAM Express offers, among others the following functionalities:
2D and 3D designs:
- Bitmap import in many formats, i.e. tiff, .gif. bmp etc.
- Creating bas-reliefs from a bitmap
- Creating and editing vectors (mirror, offset, pasting on a curve, block copies
and rotational (patterns), doctor vector, matching arcs and curves to vectors)
- Transformation and editing of nodes in vectors
- Import of vectors in dxf, dwg, eps, ai formats
- Bitmap vectorization
- Vector text creation (ArtCAM imports and vectorizes all fonts
True Type from Windows)
- Library of reliefs (over 500 reliefs)
- Loading 3D models in the * .stl format
Treatment:
- 2D machining (2D profiling, surface cleaning, charge / pocket creator,
V-bit engraving, Drilling)
- 3D machining of imported reliefs or * .stl models (roughing
and finishing)
- Toolpath simulation
- NC code generation
The price includes the license, program and hardware key necessary for the program to work.
