Injection molds - 3D design

The program allows comprehensive 3D design of injection molds, which can be divided into several stages:

1. Creating the mold forming cavity:

• Automatic finding of a dividing line (depending on the angle of the walls),
• or manual assignment of walls belonging to the stamp and matrix,
• Creation of automatic / manual partition walls
• Separation of punch and matrix

2. Creating the injection mold body - configurable standards for injection molds:

• Corps standard library - HASCO, DME, LKM, MESBURGER, OXA_RABOURDIN, FATUBA, FCPK Bytów.
• The ability to edit and replace standards at any stage of the design
• Intuitive interface equipped with the Injection Mold Wizard

3. Creating ejectors and other injection mold components:

• Automatic clipping of ejectors with a model
• Any edition at any design stage
• Lots of submissions with a bill of materials
• Screws, bushings, guide posts, etc.

4. Creating electrodes with electrode table:

• Automatic electrode creation.
• List of electrodes in 2D documentation
• Possibility to assign layers to 3D models

The Professional module contains all the possibilities of the Standard module and is expanded with mold bodies. It enables the creation of injection molds for a given detail and the addition of a body or standard parts.
