The ATMS CNC milling plotter ATC PRO is designed for professional applications for industrial, construction, foundry, furniture/carpentry, advertising, etc. industries. The characteristic feature of the device is stiffer and massier design, which makes it possible to install gates with larger clearance, high-power spindles and additional accessories C-axis, angular aggregates and drilling aggregates.
The plotters are perfect for both smaller-sized details and those of considerable size. A wide range of materials can be processed: from metals such as aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, to plastics, wood, foams, etc. The machine is equipped with automatic tool change - linear magazine guarantees smooth operation, ensuring adequate production efficiency. Rigid construction and components from reputable manufacturers guarantee reliability and high accuracy of machine positioning. Efficient, air-cooled and quiet (regardless of rotation spindle of Italian manufacturer Hiteco, with a power of 9,5 kW ensures comfort of work and versatility of use. The maximum speed for this spindle is 24,000 rpm.
All axes are driven by servo motors. Motion in the X and Y axes is carried out on HIWIN trapezoidal slides with drives and a toothed bar. Additional planetary gears used on X,Y axes guarantee precision and appropriate speed of work. Z-axis movement is realized on HIWIN trapezoidal guides and ball nut screw. Hybrid vacuum station with separated zones and additional T-bevels ensures easy installation of components in the work area.
