COBUS DOORS
The program is dedicated to the production of doors on cnc machines, thanks to which it is possible to produce any type of door with a matching door frame and with the automatic adjustment of necessary treatments for hinges or door handles. The program allows you to create your own command templates such as "door formatting", "ornament milling", which accelerate subsequent processing (no need to create commands each time), as well as the base of door parts such as transoms, hinges and others. The function of creating libraries for door models is very useful without having to prepare the door design from the beginning. If, for example, other door widths are used in the model previously saved in the library, it is enough to use the parameterization function. The program allows you to create various types of dependencies in the door design automatically, e.g. calculating dimensions when the width or thickness of the entire product or its element changes, and then adjusting the machining places and generating a cnc code ready to be sent to a numerically controlled machine.
The program also has a useful function of preparing production lists for given production cells and order forms for components for the production of doors, i.e. wood, fittings, and greenhouse.
