Performance plasma system Powermax 85 used for manual, mechanized or robotic cutting of conductive metals: mild and stainless steel, aluminum, copper up to 25 mm thick, and cutting metals up to 38 mm thick. These parameters are made possible by the 85A output current and higher power. Compact, portable and sturdy, while giving a high-quality cutting surface reduces the time-consuming finishing of the cut metal to a minimum. The design of the guard increases the quality of the drawn cut and reduces slag buildup.Equipped with an easy-to-use simplified control panel with LCD screen and a mode selector to choose different types of work like cutting or gouging.


Ideally works in all types of cuttingwith this technology (pull cutting, fine cutting, surface cutting, hard-to-reach areas, mechanized cutting) and mosttypes ofógouging (with maximum control and removal and in hard-to-reach areas). Like the Powermax 65, it is not applicable for precision gouging and marking -  the Powermax 45 XP system is dedicated to these purposesó

For effective operation, the user should  provide: permanent power source or generator,  gas - compressed air or nitrogen and F5 gas (for work with stainless steel), operator safety equipment (tinted goggles, face shield, gloves, protective clothing and proper ventilation)
