Plasma cutting systemPowermax45 XP designed for fast and efficient machining of conductive metals such as mild and stainless steel, aluminum, and copper. Cuts metal up to 16 mmthick, and hand-cuts metal up to 29 mm. 10-45 A output current. Cutting with the Powermax45 XP system allows to obtain high quality surface cutting minimizing subsequent metalworking processes such as grinding.

Beyond cutting, it is used for marking e.g., serial number or lot number, cuttinglines to indicate locations such as welding, grinding or groovingmetal to remove parts of the material without piercing it. Equipped with an easy-to-use simplified control panel with LCD screen and a mode selector to choose different types of work like cutting or gouging.

The plasma system can be used for manual cutting, cnc plasma cutters, or on industrial robots.

For effective operation, the user should  provide: permanent power source or generator,  gas - compressed air or nitrogen and F5 gas (for work with stainless steel), operator safety equipment (tinted goggles, face shield, gloves, protective clothing and proper ventilation)
