New ATMS thermoforming machine with 1200x2400 [mm] working field
It is a machine ideally suited for thermoforming various types of plastics. Its application may find, among others in advertising or manufacturing industries - in the production of flat three-dimensional signs, shapes and logos, and deep models and inscriptions. The machine is distinguished by high mapping in the field of thermoforming of materials such as e.g. acrylic, ABS, PS boards, PVC boards, etc.
It is a highly precise machine and its advantage is the fact that its operation is very simple. A large working area, the main construction of which is made of steel, and a special reflective coating allowed to obtain an economical device with intelligent use of available energy resources. Thermostatic sensors enable automatic process control and correct preparation of the processed material. The vacuum pump used guarantees the exact negative of the form used *. The use of servomotors facilitates work with the working cover of the ATMS 1224 thermoforming machine .
