The vertical drilling head HSD allows making holes in a 5 + 4 array, which significantly expands machining capabilities, shortens drilling times and allows for process optimization. With this equipment, IndustrialDrillHead gives you the opportunity to plan your effort and series, while not limiting the manufacturer to just one cutting tool.
The use of a vacuum table powered by an oil-free pump with a power of 5.5 kW allows achieving a vacuum of 0.8 MPa. Such parameters guarantee the correct clamping of processed elements and full use of the machining capabilities of the entire production line.
The use of the well-known SYNTEC control system allows full use of the potential resulting from working with CAD / CAM software.
All ATMS milling plotters are equipped with a solid steel structure that significantly stiffens the machine, affecting the leveling of vibrations and deformations. The Panasonic controller guarantees the correct control of components, and the Schneider electrician for reliable transmission of information and data between executing and control units.
