FIBERKOLOR ATMS 20W LASER MARKING MACHINE
FiberKolor laser marking machine , based on the MOPA source , is equipped with a reliable 20W fiber laser. It is available in two variants: stationary and portable. Used in processes related to marking and identification of products, details or machine parts, and wherever durable, resistant to abrasion and chemical substances marking and difficult to counterfeit signs are required.
In fiber optic markers, the active element is an optical fiber with admixtures of rare element ions such as erbium, ytterbium, neodymium and pumped with semiconductor laser diodes. The service life of this source can reach over 100,000 working hours. Unlike traditional lasers, the laser beam is not transferred to the scanning head by means of an optical lens and mirror system but by means of a flexible optical fiber. By omitting the mirrors, when sending the beam, the risk of poor adjustment and pollution was excluded, and the resulting reduction in labor costs and significantly higher engraving efficiency. The fiber laser light is characterized by: high brightness, high directivity, high consistency. Such parameters allow permanent marking of a wide range of materials with very high resolution.
The MOPA source functionality is a non-standard use for traditional fiber lasers. It enables effective marking in metal color:
- stainless steel in such colors as: green, yellow, red, purple, blue, ...,
- aluminum: black
- silver, titanium, chrome plates: white,
- in addition, standard marking on metals and non-metals.
Appropriate adjustment of, for example, such parameters as: depth and speed of marking, as well as the frequency and width of the laser pulse, or the number of passes allows you to balance the values of shades of selected colors. However, it should be remembered that the final result is also determined by the quality of the surface and its type and structure. The FiberKolor marker has a stable, aluminum housing; built-in keyboard allows you to work safely outside the working area. The guarantee of reliability and durability is additionally provided by a dustproof construction.
