THC1 control set allowing for automatic control of cutting height in cutting devices with a plasma source. It consists of 2 modules : control system and voltage divider, both supplied from the main 220V source. Thanks to the modularity of the set, it has been possible to mount the THC1-DV1 subassembly at the plasma source, which excludes the need for additional power sources.

The device is recommended by the Hypertherm brand - it serves its reliability at work and high quality workmanship. It also ensures THC1 compatibility.

To ensure proper operation of the THC1 set with recommended Hypertherm or other devices:

- make sure that the automatic cutting height control module is connected,

- make sure the electrical output parameters of the cutting tool match those of the THC unit.

HV high voltage input: If the voltage divider in the installation is not available, the THC module of the cutting device can be connected directly to the special terminals of the machine installation with the plasma source.

Correct use of the controller before any changes and setting of connections will be ensured after switching off the power of the controlled system.
