The micro-step PLD8220-G2 is a new generation controller for stepper motors. It allows communication on such protocols as: STEP, DIR, ENABLE or CW / CCW / ENABLE . All signal inputs are opto-isolated and compatible with logic levels: 2.5V, 3.3V, 5V. The use of the AUTO-SLEEP module allows for ergonomic management of the controller, it updates in the absence of STEP signal reading. The PLD8220-G2 controller is the optimal choice when working with the series of stepper motors (uni- and bipolar) of the PL110 / PL130 series from Purelogic . However, the innovative approach has also enabled the control of engines from other brands.

The Purelogic controller has been equipped with the following systems:

-przeciwnapięciowe

-przeciwprądowe

-przeciwzwarciowe

- compensating for medium frequency resonance effects

- protecting against reverse electromagnetic field

-temperature sensor

Built-in automatic resonant compensator for normal speed stepper motor

-current phase diagram modified by a higher frequency

- built-in rectifier

- backfeed protection

-softstarter soft boot

- protective dummy.

-Instruction

Correct use of the controller before any changes and setting of connections will be ensured after switching off the power of the controlled system.

Do not connect the power supply terminal ? to ground, earth, etc.

The PHASE TRIM adjustment of the potentiometer must be made with a tool with a dielectric part (screwdriver with a wooden or plastic handle).

The power switch must be installed before the power source, for ~ 220V.

Do not make serial connections, the "star" type is recommended.

Constant control of the correct polarity of the power and signal connections is required.

Special attention should be paid to the cooling fan (free rotation of the blades). The use of a laboratory autotransformer is recommended for voltage regulation.
