The micro-step PLD545-G3 is a new generation controller for stepper motors. It allows communication on such protocols as: STEP, DIR, ENABLE , or CW / CCW / ENABLE. All signal inputs are opto-isolated and compatible with logic levels: 2.5V, 3.3V, 5V. The use of the AUTO-SLEEP module allows for ergonomic management of the controller, it updates in the absence of STEP signal reading. The driver PLD-545 G3 is the optimum choice when working with a series of stepper motors (uni- and bipolar) series PL42 / PL57 brand Purelogic. However, the innovative approach has also enabled the control of other stepper motors.

The Purelogic controller has been equipped with the following systems:

Correct use of the controller before any changes and setting of connections will be ensured after switching off the power of the controlled system.

Do not connect the power supply terminal ? to ground, earth, etc.

The power switch must be installed before the power source, for ~ 220V.

Do not make serial connections, the "star" type is recommended.

Constant control of the correct polarity of the power and signal connections is required.
