Autonomous programmable PLC1Xi motion controller cooperating with the system depending on the defined program and the status of control inputs of the stepper motor controller.

The Controller has performed such functions as:

- hard drive acceleration,

- stepper motor braking,

- basic stop / start functions,

-JOG,

- converter frequency control,

- tracking 8 optical states of inputs,

- control of 5 optical states of outputs,

- control of 3 high current relays.

The controller has been equipped with its own language based on the C language. Programming is enabled by the innovative Purelogic R&D program or a special terminal with a USB interface (virtual COM port). The executable program is located in the controller's independent memory, which protects it in the event of a power loss.
