CNC BOLD ATMS LETTER BENDING MACHINE
The ATMS BOLD letter bending machine is a device designed for precise profiling of shapes from metal sheets. It is an ideal solution for creating inscriptions, logos, monograms, emblems and all kinds of advertising signs. Semi-finished products made on the ATMS Bender make an excellent base for spatial and illuminated advertising materials.
ATMS BOLD copes with smooth bands made of light aluminum, galvanized iron and also stainless steel. This model is designed to work with aluminum strips without curled edges.
The drive system is equipped with 3 stepper motor systems responsible for material feeding, transport and positioning, and a servo system responsible for accurate bending of metal strips.
The bending machine has been retrofitted with a glazed casing allowing observation of the bending process. This allows you to protect against being hit by just forming tape. In addition, the operator panel has START and STOP buttons to facilitate work with the device. The system has been secured against unsealing of the pressure system, which ensures stable and uninterrupted operation.
