It is made of carbide, the blade is covered with a titanium aluminum nitride coating, which significantly increases the tool's resistance to abrasive wear and allows the tool to run dry or with minimal cooling. The right angle of the cutter's helix makes it easy to remove chips, making machining much more accurate.
It is intended for processing soft materials, e.g. wood, plastics, plexiglass and other materials with hardness below 45 HRC. Enables face milling, face milling, shoulder milling, and surface planning.
