Fiber marking machine ATMS1010 with a working area of 110x110[mm] equipped with a reliable 20W fiber laser. Used in processes related to marking and identification of products, details, jewelry (gold, silver, platinum) or machine parts, and wherever permanent, abrasion- and chemical-resistant marking and hard-to-fake marks are required.
In fiber-optic marking machines, the active element is an optical fiber along with doped ions of rare elements such as erbium, ytterbium, neodymium and pumped with semiconductor laser diodes. The laser flux, unlike traditional lasers, is not transmitted to the head by an optical system of lenses and mirrors, but by a flexible optical fiber. By omitting mirrors, the risk of misalignment and contamination is excluded when transmitting the beam, and the result is:reduced labor costs as well as higher engraving efficiency. Fibre laser light is characterized by:large brightness, high directionality, high consistency. Such parameters allow permanent marking of a wide range of materials with very high resolution.
The fiber laser marker comes with a one-year warranty or, for an additional 10% of the value, 2 years.
