The ATMS 2100x4100 INDUSTRIAL 5-axis Milling Plotter is the ideal solution for the production of highly precise and complex parts in both plastics and other materials. The distinctive feature of the device is the use of a modern tilt-turn head from the Italian company HITECO. Thanks to such a solution, it is possible to machine in five axes with a single clamping of the element, which significantly increases the accuracy of workmanship and reduces the time needed to produce the element. The innovative design allows rotation in the A-axis up to 120 degrees, which makes it possible to make complex parts with a single machine. The spindle allows excellent machining precision in its speed range and simple maintenance. Electronic and mechanical components have been produced by proven manufacturers. They guarantee efficient operation under high loads and account for the long life of the machine.

The machine was made from the highest quality materials and components. The rigid construction of the support frame made of steel profiles together with the hybrid-type vacuum table enable stable operation with high accuracy. This is particularly important for the manufacture of components with high accuracy requirements and wherever the repeatability of the component is a key and desirable feature.

The implemented control system of a renowned brand guarantees the highest comfort of work and simple operation. The machine is equipped with an Automatic Tool Changing system, which allows the machine to maintain continuous operation during machining, without having to stop the machine to change the toolholder.
