ATMS WATERJET 3015-B PRO CUTTER
ATMS WATERJET 3015-B PRO CUTTING MACHINE is a high-quality waterjet cutting machine with a working area of 3000 x 1500 [mm]. The device allows you to cut a wide range of materials such as titanium, aluminum, glass, plexiglass, sponge, this is possible due to the use of a powerful efficient water pump in the machine that allows to achieve high pressure values, which in turn results in a high speed of water at the outlet of the head, reaching up to 4000 km/h. An additional increase in the range of hardness of cut materials is made possible by the use of an abrasive that is mixed with water in the mixing chamber.
The Mitsubishi control system allows for simple import of process data. The controller has an intuitive interface that provides comfortable operation and allows you to set dedicated parameters on the machine tool. The design of the system ensures comfortable operation and easy handling of the device.
The 22.4 kW DynaMAX 330 high-pressure amplifier water pump ensures consistent cutting quality at optimal process speeds and has a service-friendly design, making maintenance faster, easier and cheaper. At the same time, the DynaMAX pump has a fully integrated cooling system, making it smaller and easy to install in tight spaces. Above all, the lower power consumption is more energy efficient, which translates into lower utility costs.
