The ATMS Laser Cutting Machine with FIBER technology equipped with an automatic sheet magazine and a rotary attachment is a high-end device designed for efficient sheet metal, pipe and metal profile processing.
Mainly used in heavy industry, in manufacturing plants, and wherever long-term, trouble-free operation is required. Extremely stable construction of the support frame ensures precise cutting leveling any deformation. Distortion from the environment is isolated, and internal vibrations are absorbed by the structure, ensuring perfect guidance of the laser beam.
The automatic sheet metal storage system consists of independent membersót. The loading module is used to pick up a single sheet of metal and place the pól product on the cutting machine table using specialized vacuum suction cups. The unloading system ensures the automation of the process of transferring the product after the sheet from the working table to the warehouse. The raw material is retrieved from a specially designed station, which facilitates efficient replenishment of the pó? product using, among other things, a forklift.
The compact rotary attachment allows for pipeóbing and profile. This is an excellent solution for manufacturing plantsóre extending the machine's spectrum of applications with the aforementioned rotary elements. The high-quality chuck allows for efficient and precise machiningóbing of partsóseveral meters long with circular and rectangular cross-sections.
