LASER MARKING MACHINE UV ATMS UV3
The ATMS UV3 UV laser marking machine with a working area of 100x100 mm equipped with a reliable 3W UV laser sourceós power. It is ideal for processes related to marking and identification of productsós, details, jewelry or smaller plastic partsós, and wherever permanent, abrasion- and chemical-resistant marking and obtaining hard-to-counterfeit marksós are required.
The wavelength of the laser source is only 355 nm. Its advantage over other sourcesód is delicate marking, which is precisely why it is dedicated to marking materialsód susceptible to overheating, such as plastics and glass.
The device is designed to work at highly accurate marking with a focused laser beam. The power density distribution of the laser is uniform and the power output is stable - the fine laser spot allows for high resolution marking. The heat-affected zone is very small comparedóto other types of lasersó-allowing optimization of production with significantly reduced number of run-outóparts. The machined surface of the material is free of defectsós caused by the impact of the laser beam.
The marking machine's workspace is enclosed, which protects the operator from the laser beam. The kit also includes dedicated control software with an interface in Polish. The software offers a number of useful functions to support the selectionór of appropriate parameters. All this makes the design of the marking process comfortable for the user, and at the same time fast and very intuitive.
