The ATMS 1000x4000 turning center is a machine designedómainly for machiningólarge size parts. It has a wide spectrum of applications ranging from unit production of spare parts to wide use in fields such as automotive, aerospace, machinery, military.

The distinctive feature of the machine is the use of an elongated, flat turning bed, whichóre enables the machining of long and massive partsóin steel and soft metals. By adapting a rigid machine body and a high-powered spindle, the machine provides the highest rpmós to meet customer requirements.

The ATMS CNC lathe is a high-performance machine equipped with guides of high hardness and wear resistance. The spindle has bearings that guarantee speed and rigidity of rotation. In addition, the automatic lubrication system, ensures the highest quality of work regardless of the machine cycle.

The lathe head is equipped with solid quality driven tools. This definitely increases the application spectrum of the ATMS Lathe Center, offering more than just turning capabilities. The driven tools allow the machine to be used for milling, drilling, among other things, which significantly speeds up the machining process and reduces the cost of machining a workpiece.

Adapted CNC control to ensure automation of the system, it allows processing of the machine code created in the CAM program. The control panel, on the other hand, allows control of the setting movements of individual axes.

The machine has a stable structure, which ensures adequate rigidity and good quality of machining, even at high cutting parameters. The machine is equipped with components from leading brands, which has an effect on reducing temperature distortion and reducing backlashós.
