Electro-discharge machining is a technology that excels in extreme precision and is used for complex geometric forms and extremely hard metals. The process occurs by periodic electrical discharges, occurring between the tool and the surface of the workpiece. Electro-discharge machining is divided into two methods, WEDM and EDM. The ródifference between the two is mainly in the type of working electrode used.
