The ATMS Laser Cutting Machine with FIBER technology equipped with an automatic sheet storage system allows cutting and automated loading and unloading of sheet metal from the machine. It is a perfect solution for production plantsórs, for which the functionality of the machine and full utilization of its capabilities are important. Comparedóing with simpler machines, it provides the highest quality of service, increases the productivity of the machine and reduces the number of operatorsóing required to a minimum.

Mainly used in heavy industry, in manufacturing plants, and wherever long-term, trouble-free operation is required. Extremely stable construction of the support frame ensures precise cutting leveling any deformation. Distortion from the environment is isolated, and internal vibrations are absorbed by the structure, ensuring perfect guidance of the laser beam.

The automatic loading system consists of independent membersó. The loading module is used to pick up a single sheet of metal and place the pól product on the cutting machine table using specialized vacuum suction cups. The unloading system ensures the automation of the process of transferring the product after the sheet from the working table to the warehouse.

FIBER equipment from ATMS is characterized by excellent beam quality and high device efficiency. Thanks to the use of shorter wavelengths, a greater concentration of energy is possible, which makes it possible to cut more reflective materialsó and makes the cutting edge smooth and left without burrsó. The device is equipped with a professional system thatóry ensures stable and reliable guidance of the light beam along with its control. The high quality of the laser beam generator using fiber-optic technology guarantees its durability and reduced energy consumption.
