Freezing nozzle (cooling nozzle/freezing nozzle) - is a useful device, dedicated as equipment for CNC milling plotters/milling machines and more.

The principle of the nozzle is to direct air at high speed into a vortex tube, where the air is separated into its two streams - cold (directed at the tool) and hot (ejected from the other side).
The purpose of the device is to cool down the machining area, so that cutting parameters are improved and the life of the tool is increased. The freezing nozzle also allows to obtain better edges of the cut material and removes swarf from the cutting zone.
Thanks to the valve used, the user can adjust the temperature of the air directed to the cutting zone.
