ATMS FIBER MOPA LASER
The ATMS FIBER LASER marking machine from the PRO series is equipped with a reliable fiber laser (we use sources from 10W to 100W). Used in processes related to labeling and identification of products, details, jewelry (gold, silver, platinum) or machine parts, and wherever durable, resistant to abrasion and chemical substances marking and hard to counterfeit signs are required. Marking machines from the PRO series are available in mobile, stationary and as part of an existing production line.

In fiber optic markers, the active element is the optical fiber together with the admixtures of rare element ions such as erbium, ytterbium, neodymium and pumped with semiconductor laser diodes. Unlike traditional lasers, the laser beam is not transferred to the head by means of an optical lens and mirror system but by means of a flexible optical fiber. By omitting the mirrors, when transmitting the beam, the risk of poor adjustment and pollution was excluded, resulting in reduced labor costs and higher engraving efficiency. The fiber laser light is characterized by: high brightness, high directivity, high consistency. Such parameters allow permanent marking of a wide range of materials with very high resolution.
The PRO series laser markers are equipped with the MOPA fiber laser source so that it is also possible to mark plastics, with higher contrast, mark anodized aluminum black and create colors on steel. In addition, qualitative marking can be achieved faster with the MOPA laser than with a conventional fiber laser.
