MILL PRO 40X60 5 AXIS CNC MILLING MACHINE
The robust 5-axis CNC milling machine with a working area of 380 x 580 [mm] and a total working height of 150 mm has a positioning accuracy of 0.05 mm. Extremely helpful and functional attachment allows for the implementation of advanced and multi-faceted 3D processing:
- pivoting axis A allowing to work on the rotation plane in relation to the axis parallel to the X axis,
- rotary B axis allowing to work on the rotation plane relative to the axis parallel to the Z axis,
- position system integrating the A and B axis.
The module constructed in such a way enables milling of an extensive design in only one process : no change of the workpiece clamping is required from the operator, no necessary downtime between machining planes, limits additional tooling and allows mapping of the actual profile line. 5-axis positioning is characterized by extraordinary performance, not only suitable for complex overall machining of the model, but also fulfills its role in finishing. The qualitative manufacturing strategy is supported by a permanent reference point ensuring consistent positioning accuracy .
The Mill Pro 40x60 milling machine is distinguished by a reinforced structure, which significantly improves the machine's rigidity and effective linear drives on ball screws, which translates into machining speed . The milling machine is equipped with a tool height sensor which enables precise homing in the z axis and with road connectors , which control that the machine does not try to go outside the working area. It will cope well with the processing of plastics, non-ferrous metals as well as the hardest aluminum alloys .
Construction: a movable gate with a through table (along the longitudinal axis we can place any long element), a T-table for convenient fixing of elements, ball screws (made in accuracy class C7, ground raceways), hardened linear guides and linear ball bearings .
