ATMS 60X90 UV LED PRINTING PLOTTER
The ATMS UV printer with a working area of 60x90 [cm] is equipped with 2 DX5 heads. Surface hardening has been improved using a pair of LED lamps. It is an efficient and very economical solution. In order to achieve the exact course of ink application, additional underpressure systems were used to ensure a flat, uniform print without gaps, offsets and distorting the dimensions and shapes of the design. The vacuum table also allows you to attach thin and delicate materials. In addition to printing on flat sheets, it is also possible to adapt the device to print on rotating elements.
The 6090 DX5 has a simple, built-in control panel and security button. Intuitive operation combines here with functionality. The UV inks pocket is located just behind the print head and is an integral part of it. Effective cooling circulation and Leadshine engines, together with ball screw and HIWIN guides guarantee long-lasting and reliable operation. The motion system ensures high accuracy of shifts, also positively affecting the resolution of prints. Accuracy reaches an order of magnitude of 0.01 mm.
