The ATMS K IndustrialMillCover industrial plotter has been designed for multi-tool tasks in the manufacture of products by numerical control. Designed for processing stones, marbles, minerals, granites, sandstones, terrazzo, gypsum, etc ... in industries such as mining, handicrafts and art, ornamentation, masonry.
The exchangeable spindle with a closed cooling system are perfect for low-volume machining while ensuring high reliability of engraving, and allowing easy retooling of the head. The software together with the used system of tools allows to achieve a wide range of applied processing processes, from shaping to finishing, through engraving, cutting and grinding.
The construction made a compromise between the required cooling of the tool and the strength of the elements - a table made of PVC facilitates the vacuum fixing of components while allowing easy maintenance and ensuring corrosion resistance. The workspace also allows you to work on many components that are easy to install.
The use of automatic lubrication together with the dust protection system of all axes allows for safe and trouble-free operation of the milling movement system for a long period of time. The IndustrialMillCover plotter has also been equipped with functional doors that act as a mechanical barrier and allow you to view the machining table.
All ATMS milling plotters are equipped with solid frames that significantly stiffen the machine's long life structure and reduce vibration and deformation. A wide selection of spare and optional parts allows for good adjustment of the device to the customer's requirements.
