NM Industrial5 industrial plotter designed for special tasks in the manufacture of products by numerical control. Higher spindle power allows the use of a wider range of workpieces. The plotter is perfect for both smaller and large size workpieces. A wide range of non-metal carbonizable materials can be processed: plastics, resins, gypsum, wood, wood-like materials, foams, etc. It will find excellent application in the mass production of furniture boards and exquisite furniture with an unusual line, busts, molding and decorative industries as well as in many other industries.
Increased speeds of rapid traverse and working shift allow full use of the auxiliary capabilities of the A and C axes. Due to the retrofitting of the milling plotter as standard in the 5 axis, the head has the possibility of additional rotation affecting the increase in machining progress. The operation of the head in a multi-axis plotter relies on the displacement of the center of rotation depending on the swing on the rotary axes and the distance of the tool from this center. The SYNTEC control system is equipped with the Tool Rotation Point (RTCP) function that allows you to program machining in five axes by referring directly to the Tool Rotation Point, i.e. taking into account tool compensation on the rotary axis. Without this important function, the head would use additional rotary axes but without adjusting the correct position of the tool face to the surface being machined in space (without the participation of X, Y, Z axes).
All ATMS milling plotters are equipped with solid steel frames that significantly stiffen the machine's long life structure and reduce vibration and deformation. All components of the device are centrally powered, which significantly increases their service life. An industrial plotter equipped with a tool magazine allows for a smoother milling process and to avoid downtime associated with rearming the head. The Yaskawa controller guarantees correct control of components, and the Schneider electrician for reliable transmission of information and data between executing and control units.
