Training stations are a rich resource of equipment for industrial devices, based on PC, PLC, NC control and of course CNC . Training sets are easily adaptable to such devices as, for example, robotic arms, sculpting plotters and milling machines, computerized devices, lathes, machines producing PCBs, knitting devices and snow machines, and many others. The 2025-self Course lathe is an intuitive tooling supporting the learning of CNC programming thanks to the prominent control and control components. The control panel, which is the majority of the scientific position, contains all available information regarding lathe motion units. With such a wide data range, all connections are made as plug-ins. Extracting the heart of the device itself - the system of the main axes, allows its full autopsy and recognition.

The control panel consists of 3 main parts:

  1. Upper part:

Convenience in using the station lies in its versatility and accessibility to individual parts on a wide operator panel - it is possible to exchange equipment efficiently and simply in order to test practiced skills. When designing the 2025-self Course lathe, it was taken into account that it will be intended for people who take their first steps in the field of numerical control and fullysystem secured. Therefore, any duplication of instructions to improve them, and frequent execution of incorrect operations does not damage the position, and the potential system of the actual lathe, tool and workpiece. While learning, maintaining safety is extremely important and should be considered as a key issue. The security system consists of:

- Construction in accordance with IEC1009-1 standards applicable to low voltage standards GB16917.1-2008.

-Application of protection of the first breakdown group of the current model, which when detecting breakdown disconnects the complete power supply in a time not exceeding 0.1 s.

- 3-phase, 5-wire power supply: GB14050-2008.

- Providing ISO-9001 standards for 4P power supply with a zero line for all simulator components.

- Ground the device in accordance with the standards: GB4706.1-2008.

- Unconditional safety STOP button. Easily accessible and visible. It provides the simplest and fastest protection in the event of a suspected or dangerous event.

-High level of connections- touch does not cause electric shock.

- Protection against incorrect protection - if there is no potential danger between the operator and the device and the system has not restored power supply for safety reasons, use the START button to power the system.

- Overload and short circuit protection of the RCD. Allows accurate control of the value and flow of information between components.

-Application of a safe test lead made of a material with a very high resistance.

- The device complies with health, hygiene, safety, environmental, abuse and European standards.

-Independent protection of the computer's power supply, which allows it to work independently during a system fault.
