ATMS GREEN LASER MARKING MACHINE
The ATMS Green laser marking machine is the perfect complement to the marking laser market for materials that require better optical beam quality. It allows to obtain legible and complete symbols and markings of extremely high quality.
A special feature of green radiation is working with delicate materials such as glass and ceramics. It will also be used in jewelry, when processing very delicate materials. It has better quality than inkjet printing, without producing any impurities.
This device is designed to work with highly accurate focused beam marking. The laser power density distribution is uniform and the power output stable, fine laser spot allows for high marking resolution. The heat affected zone is very small compared to other types of lasers - which allows you to optimize production with a significantly reduced amount of defective items. The treated material surface is free from defects caused by the laser beam. In addition, this model has a fast galvanometer scanning system with a special design.
The Green marker guarantees incredible reliability and durability. Depending on the housing configuration, different laser safety systems are available.
Available versions are:
-BasicGlass, cubic housing design at the very exit of the beam from the head,
-FullView, a complete laser system cover that allows observation of the entire system without opening the housing,
-Automatic, complete laser system cover with automatically raised curtain, which allows you to view the system after marking,
-FullProtection- changed design of the entire laser system, with full protection, and a hinged door.
