ATMS CNC 1318K DUO milling plotter with working field dimensions 1300x1800x300 [mm]   is a device designed to work with stones, marble, granite and similar materials. The plotter works well with the mass processing of hard rocks making it easier to engrave photos, inscriptions and creating realistic reliefs . By retrofitting the device with a 5D head, it is possible to create extremely realistic sculptures and busts , as well as complex components . ATMS 1318K DUO allows you to make tasteful tombstones, monuments and crosses while providing a worthy souvenir of high durability . The introduction of 2 spindles to the construction enables materials to be processed twice as fast, which increases the work efficiency.

The advantages of the machine include a solid and durable steel construction ensuring stable operation of the ATMS 1318K DUO plotter. It stiffens the whole device allowing for precise and accurate machining of hard materials, eliminating the influence of the external environment (vibrations) and the formation of deformations. Protected against dust, efficient, powerful, water-cooled spindles 4.5 kW , provide exceptional comfort and automation of production . The installed hard plastic table cover prevents its damage.

The components used for construction guarantee reliable operation for a long time. HIWIN linear guides, as well as a ball screw and helical gear system ensure high speed and precision of CNC machining.

Due to the exceptional hardness and brittleness of processed stones, additional protection of the transmission system against generated smoke and crumbs has been provided.

The processing of heavy elements is facilitated by a feeding system that allows the workpiece to be inserted onto the table. T-groove fixing and a hard plastic table cover were also used to prevent damage.

The ATMS 1318K milling plotter is an ideal machine for applications such as: 3D relief carving, linear sculpting, cutting, drilling, milling, chamfering of stones, marbles, granites and limestone, slab and tombstone processing.
