The Advanced Tube fully automatic CNC bending machine is a device designed for bending and shaping steel pipes. It is based on the design of hydraulic and electronic components, and Mitsubishi control.

The touch screen allows you to manipulate all bending parameters: entering new data, storage and display. The control of 3 axes allows for fully automated machining, and the special plunger can be properly turned on or off during the project.

The ideal device is high-volume production with high-quality components. The use of high-quality components ensures high reliability of the bending machine. CNC Advanced Tube allows advanced bending treatment of metal tubes: bending, wrapping, rotation. The design has been retrofitted with a feeder system that automatically dispenses the right pipe length.

Additional systems were also used to improve the operation of the ATMS bending machine, such as: automatic error diagnosis with alarm, return spring compensation, memory retention after sudden disconnection of the machine from the power supply, automatic lubrication, and a safety system.
