The specialized ATMS milling machine is ideal for the production of orthopedic insoles for individual orders. This device is used in the field of rehabilitation and physiotherapy. Works great in advanced projects that meet, among others norms and criteria of anatomy and biomechanics of the body. The compact and conveniently designed control panel increases the comfort of work, and the control of individual components is simple and pleasant. The entire structure has been carefully encapsulated, thanks to which all safety standards are met. The machine works successfully in Zakłady Ortopedyczne im. Wacława Omiotek in Warsaw and other orthopedic factories in Poland.
The machine is distinguished by a reinforced structure which significantly improves the machine's rigidity and effective linear drives on ball screws, which translates into machining speed. The milling machine is equipped with a tool height sensor which enables precise homing in the z axis and with road connectors, which control that the machine does not try to go outside the working area. The milling machine is dedicated to milling orthopedic inserts, which is usually done in soft material, but can also handle the treatment of plastics, non-ferrous metals, as well as the hardest aluminum alloys. The device works well on engraving on 2D and 3D planes as well as on rotating objects, thanks to the use of an optional 4 axis.
Construction: a movable gate with a through table (along the longitudinal axis we can place any long element), a T-table for convenient fastening of elements, ball screws (made in accuracy class C7, ground raceways), hardened linear guides and linear ball bearings.

To operate the machine you need a PC (min 1.5Ghz CPU, 512MB RAM) equipped with a parallel LPT port (model with USB port is also available), Windows system and control software (recommended MACH 2, MACH 3).
