PLCM-R1 REMOTE CONTROL
Remote PLCM-R1 remote control for CNC devices via Ethernet. Using the remote control is convenient for the operator - the controls are fully programmable. The design enables accurate setting of the tool position, change of operating modes, and execution of given instructions. The PLCM series is fully compatible with MACH3 software.
The buttons originally do not have assigned functions, this allows them to take full advantage of their programmable capabilities, and simplify operations related to the optimization of production, the use of repetitive commands, as well as simplification of training and presentation.
Controls related to the operation of the CNC machine are facilitated by the LEDs on the main panel of the remote control. They provide additional security due to the fact that the traffic lights (which can perform a warning function) have been grouped in a small space, and can be assigned to specific buttons.
Axis switch - allows you to select a programmable axis controlled by the encoder and buttons. There are 5 possible knob positions: X, Y, Z, A or no control.
Smooth regulation of parameters (e.g. rotational speed) was made possible by the use of a simple potentiometer.
