Multi-channel PLC440L stepper motor driver, with additional protection against electromagnetic field, and: soft starter, dumper, STEP frequency generator, temperature sensor, adjustable counter, etc. The controller works in AUTO-SLEEP mode: it switches on when it stops receiving the STEP signal. This mode, after a delay of 1s in the STEP signal reading, stops the engine rotation. This allows you to reduce the heat generated and keep the engine running properly. It also supports the operation of the frequency converter.

Intended mainly to work with Purelogic R&D stepper motors (uni- and bipolar), however, the innovative approach has also enabled the control of stepper motors from other brands.

It is possible to read values from 5 limit switches that are fully opto-isolated.

Correct use of the controller before any changes and setting of connections will be ensured after switching off the power of the controlled system.

Only after installing the power button should the power source be installed (on the controller power line, ~ 220V).

Do not connect the power supply terminal ? to ground, earth, etc.

The state of polarization of supply and connections of control signals should be checked.
