ATMS UV LASER MARKING MACHINE
The ATMS UV laser marking machine is a perfect complement to the marking laser market for materials requiring better optical beam quality. It allows to obtain legible and complete symbols and markings of high quality. Ideally suited to the artistic and jewelry industry. It is characterized by contactless work with materials such as:

This device is designed to work with highly accurate focused beam marking. The laser power density distribution is uniform and the power output stable - a small laser dot allows for high marking resolution. The heat affected zone is very small compared to the other types of lasers - which allows you to optimize production with a significantly reduced amount of defective items. The treated material surface is free from defects caused by the laser beam. In addition, this model has a fast scanning system for the galvanometer.
The UV marker is distinguished by its stable construction; the built-in keyboard allows for safe data entry outside the working area. The guarantee of reliability and durability is additionally provided by a dustproof construction and ventilation holes.
Because UV radiation is absorbed by most materials, this allows the device to be used for a wide range of elements (series of plastic elements, buttons, bulbs, wire rods), and is characterized by high quality final characters. It is used especially among industries requiring special quality products: cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food and other packaging; PCB processing, miniature through and blind holes in silicon wafers, two-dimensional LCD coding, glass surfaces, non-metallic film coated surfaces, plastic tools, electronic components, building materials and much more. It has better quality than inkjet printing, without producing any impurities.
