BGA STATION ZN-R5860
Professional ZM-R5860 soldering station for assembly and disassembly of SMD, BGA components. Designed for servicing GSM phones , laptops, game consoles and etc. The device is adapted to work with large motherboards made in both lead and unleaded solder technology. The high power of the device and efficient cooling system ensures efficient operation and shortening the time of high temperature impact on the plate to the necessary minimum.
The soldering station has three independent heating surfaces. The first and second is a blow of hot air and the third is a quartz heating element. The first and second heating surfaces can be controlled through many groups and sections of temperature parameters. The upper heating element is adjustable in every plane, while the lower one allows you to adjust the height. The third surface heats the panel over a large area, reducing stress and lowering the temperature needed to properly solder the element.
The device has a touch panel and microprocessor control. Three temperature charts are displayed on the monitor at any time, so that the temperature error can be controlled in a range of 3 degrees. To make work on this device even easier, we have access to ready profiles (each soldering profile has 6 temperature sections) and the ability to create your own profiles, which you can save in memory.
The station is made of high quality materials, and the soldering process is precisely controlled by K-type thermocouples. In addition, the station is equipped with a motherboard holder with V-type gouging, which ensures quick and stable installation of the plates and a large adjustment range. In addition, we have the option of installing various types of hot air nozzles, depending on the soldered system.
