SmartCAM Advanced Turning software supports the work of the programmer for machines with 2 to 6 axes (including turning-milling machines.) Quickly creates effective technological paths effectively reducing the time of programming and manufacturing the element on the machine. The program interface is created in such a way that learning and work will not be difficult for advanced programmers, as well as for novice users.

SmartCAM Production Turning introduces comprehensive solutions that help you get the job done quickly and with minimal machining time.

• - Automatically assigns coarse motions.
• - Automatically assigns finishing movements.
• - Creates threads on both the inner and outer diameter.
• - Can create straight and tapered threads.
• - Can create threads using an array or custom parameters.
• - Better organization thanks to work features on both paths and geometry layers.
• - Automatically synchronizes tool movements for both heads.

A particularly useful function of the program is the combination of milling and turning. Thanks to this, we can perform operations such as:

• - Rough machining of pockets.
• - Finishing profiles.
• - Integration of the C axis with turning operations.

Simulation visualization has a positive effect on saving machine time and material costs:
