SmartCAM Production Turing is a program thanks to which we can perform effective technological paths and generate codes for two-axis CNC lathes. The first level in the SmartCAM package offers the functionality you need for today and enables further development of the program. Production Turning is designed to reduce programming time and make a product even before the scheduled time.

Thanks to the simple interface, learning to work in the program is definitely easier and the logical arrangement of related sequences of operations allows you to quickly find the experienced and novice programmers.

Using the SmartCAM product, we can shorten the creation time of machining programs by using developed functions such as:

• - Automatically assigns coarse motions.
• - Automatically assigns finishing movements.
• - Creates threads on both the inner and outer diameter.
• - Can create straight and tapered threads.
• - Can create threads using an array or custom parameters.
• - Better organization thanks to work features on both paths and geometry layers.
• - Automatically synchronizes tool movements for both heads.

Simulation visualization has a positive effect on saving machine time and material costs:

• - 3D Verification simulates tool movements during machining the model. It allows program verification before generating the NC code.
• - Dimensioning and notes streamline the documentation created.
• - Special shape tools are just as supported as the default tool shapes.

The program can work with CAD formats such as: SAT, STEP, IGES, DXF, DWG, SLDPRT, IPT. Files can also be exported to STL format.

The SMA service is the cheapest form of Update and Technical Support, and also provides:
