CO2 ATMS 1325M LASER PLOTTER FOR CUTTING METAL
CO2 laser plotter 1325M by ATMSOLUTIONS of the operating area of 1300 x 2500 [mm] is equipped with a resonator CO2 laser with a power of 180 W. designed for cutting metals (stainless steel, carbon steel) and the engraving and cutting of a wide variety of non-metallic materials. Optionally, it is possible to replace it with a more powerful resonator, including 200, 400 [W].
The solid construction of the device, to which the laser head is attached, allows cutting of metal materials (requires the supply of supporting gas) as well as non-metallic ones . It allows achieving high machining accuracy and eliminating any vibrations. The device is equipped with electronics and a top-class drive system. Perfect for engraving and cutting operations on many types of materials:

The systems used allow for maintaining a high quality CO2 laser plotter operation. The cooling system protects the laser tube from overheating and damage. The comfort of work is ensured by the extraction system and compressed air supply to the treatment zone.
The ATMS device has a reinforced structure and a solid body resistant to deformation, which ensures stable operation even at high machining speeds. Linear guides, gears in the drive system and ball screws have been used here, thanks to which it is possible to achieve high machining accuracy.
The machine has a safety device that disconnects the laser beam in the event that the cooling system is not started, which ensures the correct operation of the laser resonator during operation and guarantees maintaining high standards of machine use.
Together with the device, we provide professional LaserWork control software in Polish , which allows you to support file formats such as: plt, ai, bmp, dxf, dst, nc, and also works directly with software such as CorelDraw or AutoCAD.
It has many convenient functions (intuitive interface in Polish, the ability to process photos, the ability to define each vector with other processing parameters, such as cutting, engraving, setting the cone, changing the power range, speed, etc.), thanks to which work on the device is simple and pleasant.
