CNC MILLING PLOTTER ATMS 2030 ATC INDUSTRIAL
The ATMS CNC MILLING PLOTER from INDUSTRIAL series is designed for large size machining. It is mainly used in the industrial, aerospace, construction industry. A characteristic feature of the machine is an elevated gantry with a larger Z-axis clearance. The rigid and massive structure, allows the machining of parts of considerable dimensions, the installation of a tilting spindle, a 5-axis head, additional angular units, and drilling.
The plotters are perfect for both smaller-sized workpieces and those of considerable size. A wide range of materials can be processed: from metals such as aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, to plastics, wood, foams, etc. The machine is equipped with an automatic tool change - a linear magazine guarantees smooth operation, ensuring adequate production efficiency. Rigid construction and components from reputable manufacturers guarantee reliability and high positioning accuracy of the machine. The powerful, air-cooled and quiet (regardless of the speed) spindle of the Italian manufacturer Hiteco, with a power of 9.5 kW, ensures comfort of work and versatility of use. The maximum speed for this spindle is 24,000 rpm.
All axes are driven by servo motors. Movement in the X and Y axes is carried out on HIWIN trapezoidal slides with drives and a toothed bar. Additional planetary gears used on the X,Y axes guarantee precision and appropriate speed of operation. Movement in the Z-axis is implemented on HIWIN trapezoidal guides and ball nut screw.
