The CNC ATMS PRO 3000 lathe  is a universal  metalworking machine. The advantages of the machine are reliable construction, easy operation and high accuracy of the machined parts. The lathe in this series is mainly used for turning large-sized inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces and other rotating surfaces, as well as turning various kinds of threads, etc. The machine will be great for machining ferrous and non-ferrous metals and other alloys. The lathe has been equipped with a turret tool head with a capacity of 12 tools, with the possibility of mounting driven toolholders. Equipping the machine with a head with driven tools increases its efficiency, allows to perform sub-milling, tenons, keyways, cams, etc., and reduces the time of making parts (the possibility of performing operations with milling tools, drills, etc.)

The dedicated control system allows for simple import of process data. The controller has an intuitive interface that provides comfort and allows setting dedicated processing parameters. The structure of the system promotes convenient operation and easy handling of the machine. Operation is exceptionally simple, and the machine's performance is exceptionally high compared to conventional solutions. Sinumerik 828D control system is a high-performance solution for machine automation.

It is possible to retrofit the Siemens control system with, among other things, Shopturn (graphical programming interface), which simplifies the implementation of even the most complex programming functions.
