CNC MACHINING CENTER ATMS NEST 2131 - 72 HR
The ATMS NEST Automatic Machining Center is designed mainly for the furniture industry - it will be perfect for plants producing furniture, doors, dealing with cutting boards, etc. The equipment in the form of a loading and unloading system and a tool storage affects the increase of processing efficiency and automation of the production process.

The all-steel, welded construction of the unit features the highest strength parameters to guarantee precise machining at high speeds. The drive is realized by digital servo motor systems combined with linear guides and high-quality gears. The high-power spindle ensures quiet operation and the ability to mount larger diameter tools. A hybrid vacuum table with machining zones and additional T-slots is included. Implemented software dedicated to nesting centers provides the highest working comfort and simple operation
The device has been additionally retrofitted with a drilling unit and furniture design software enabling nesting of elements. Thanks to this configuration, the work of cutting boards is automated, which allows to achieve efficient processing.
The above-mentioned features translate into increased production efficiency while maintaining the product parameters required by the customer. This makes the machine will satisfy the most demanding operators.
All documentation, including technical and operating documentation and system manual, is supplied with the machine.
