The ATMS ATC PRO CNC milling plotter is designed for professional applications for industrial, construction, foundry, furniture/woodworking, advertising, etc. industries. The distinctive feature of the machine is a more rigid and massive structure, thanks to which it is possible to install gates with a larger clearance, high-power spindles and additional accessories such as C axis, angle units and drilling units.
The plotters are perfect for both smaller sized details and those of significant size. A wide range of materials can be processed: from metals such as aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, to plastics, wood, foams, etc. The machine is equipped with an automatic tool change - the linear magazine guarantees smooth operation, ensuring adequate production efficiency.
The rigid design and components from reputable manufacturers guarantee reliability and high positioning accuracy of the machine. The powerful, air-cooled and quiet (regardless of the speed) spindle of the Italian manufacturer HSD, with a power of 9.5 kW, provides comfort of work and versatility of use. The maximum rotational speed for this spindle is 24,000 rpm. The spindle enables excellent machining precision in its speed range and simple maintenance. The electronic and mechanical components have been produced by proven manufacturers. They guarantee efficient operation under high loads and account for the long life of the machine.
Equipping the machine with a HSD oscillating aggregate increases the versatility of the machine's application. Thanks to it, it is possible to precisely cut materials such as cardboard, foams, chamber plastics.
All axes are driven by servo motors. X- and Y-axis motion is carried out on HIWIN trapezoidal slides with drives and a toothed bar. Additional planetary gears used on the X,Y axes guarantee precision and appropriate speed of operation. Z-axis movement is realized on HIWIN trapezoidal guides and ball nut screw. The hybrid vacuum table with separated zones and additional T-slots ensures easy assembly of components in the work area.
The machine's Busch vacuum pump ensures consistent performance and the highest efficiency in vacuum generation with energy cost savings of up to 60%.
The machine is made of the highest quality materials and components. The rigid construction of the support frame made of steel profiles together with the hybrid-type vacuum table enable stable operation with high accuracy. This is particularly important for the manufacture of components with high accuracy requirements and wherever the repeatability of the component is a key and desirable feature.
