ATMS CO2 Laser Plotter PRO35 MINI with head of power 40/60 W, with working area 500 x 300 [mm], designed for cutting and engravinga wide range of materials. The device was created for professional applications, which it will handle perfectly thanks to its new, improved design. The PRO version has been designed for repetitive and precise processing of materials and obtaining high-quality details.
Stiffened guide system guarantees more stable head movement, eliminating any vibration and achieving higher machining accuracy and higher speeds. The construction of the goodbelt along with the drive in the form of stepper motors has been stiffened and isolated from the environment. This prolongs the life of the moving components, which can be observed during the operation of the device, and the working environment does not affect the deterioration of the components. Such reinforced design, together with stable construction, guarantees effective working speed and high accuracy in positioning and machining performed.
Applied systems allow to maintain the quality of work of the CO2 laser plotter at a high level. The PRO MINI model does not require connecting additional devices to improve the laser work. The cooling system protects the laser tube from overheating and damage. Working comfort is ensured extraction system and the supply of compressed air to the processing area. The compact design already includes all the necessary components: compressor, extraction system and cooling system, which are built into the device. New design not only catches the eye with its lines, but at the same time allows for greater protection from moving components and smoke.

Together with the device we provide professional control software LaserWork in Polish, which supports file formats such as plt, ai, bmp, dxf, dst, nc, moreover it works directly with software such as CorelDraw or AutoCAD.
It has many convenient features (intuitive interface in Polish language, ability to process photos, ability to define each vector with other processing parameters, such as cutting, engraving, bigging materials, setting cone, changing power range, speed, etc.), which make working on the device simple and enjoyable. The wide range of communication types used allows the operator to connect to the system also via Wi-Fi wireless network, and standard LAN, cable and USB drive.
