Fiber ATMS Laser cutting machine for tubes and profiles realizing the cutting process in FIBER technology is equipped with a rotary adapter allowing rotary processing during one technological process. It allows for shape cutting of tubes and rectangular profiles. It is an excellent solution for manufacturing plants, for which the functionality of the machine and the complete use of its capabilities counts.
The machine is also equipped with an innovative automatic material loading system. The device allows to maximize work efficiency and significantly reduce the time of the cutting process in laser cutters. It works automatically, eliminating human effort when loading parts.
The machine allows you to clamp a profile of 12 m in length. The machine has an enclosure of the workspace affecting the comfort of work, but most importantly the safety of the operator. Intuitive operator panel allows for convenient and comfortable operation. The extremely stable structure of the support frame with reinforcements levels the interference from the environment which is isolated, and internal vibrations are absorbed by the structure, which ensures perfect guidance of the laser beam, and thus cutting precision. Mainly used in heavy industry, in manufacturing plants, and wherever long-term, trouble-free operation is required.
The laser cutter uses proven components and control software directly from reputable manufacturers. The head design allows the operator to easily perform basic maintenance. The laser beam feed from the resonator to the cutting head is realized by means of a suitable optical fiber made and arranged in the machine structure so that it is maintenance-free and does not require maintenance or inspection. The fiber-optic cable supplying the beam from the resonator to the head is equipped with a safety circuit to prevent operation of the machine in case of damage.

FIBER devices from ATMSolutions use generators responsible for beam generation based on fiber technology, and the transport of the emitted beam is carried out by a high-energy optical fiber, so the beam is of high quality and the device has high efficiency. Thanks to the use of shorter wavelengths, a higher concentration of energy is possible, which enables the cutting of more reflective materials and makes the cutting edge smooth and left without burrs. The resulting high quality cut does not require additional processing, which reduces the production time of the component and does not generate production downtime. The device is equipped with a professional control system, which ensures stable and reliable guidance of the light beam along with its control. The high quality of the laser beam generator using fiber optic technology guarantees its high durability and reduces energy consumption by 3 times.
The software is compatible with many CAD formats, energy consumption has been reduced, while keeping process stability high, ensuring easy maintenance and low cost of ownership.
Advanced laser technology goes hand in hand here with ergonomics and ease of use of the machine. The machine is dedicated to work in industrial mode. It is mainly designed for steel processing, primarily stainless steel and carbon steel. The machine is equipped as standard with autofocus, which adjusts the position of the beam focus to the material.
