The ATMS 250X570 EXPERT CNC TURNING CENTER is an advanced machine that provides high cutting capacity and a wide range of options for retrofitting the machine with additional accessories that affect the ease of working on the machine. It has a wide spectrum of applications, ranging from unit production of spare parts to extensive use in fields such as automotive, aerospace, engineering and military. The lathe center is equipped with an inclined bed for self-removal of chips and excellent access to the workspace for the operator. Thanks to the adaptation of a rigid machine body and a high-powered spindle, the machine provides the highest machining parameters to meet customer requirements.
The turning center is a high-performance machine equipped with guides of high hardness and wear resistance. The spindle has bearings that guarantee speed and rigidity in machining. In addition, the automatic central lubrication system, ensures the highest quality of work regardless of the machine cycle.
The machine has a stable structure, which ensures adequate rigidity and good machining quality, even at high cutting parameters. The machine is equipped with components from leading brands, which has an effect on reducing temperature distortion and reducing backlash.

- By collaborating with Mitsubishi Electric on solutions for the CNC industry, an efficient and easy-to-use solution has been developed for maximum optimization of part production time and cost. The machine uses a single control system for the entire machining cell. This makes it possible to retrofit the machine with additional equipment (including industrial robots) in the future. The system allows the programming of machining with G-code, among others, and allows the processing of machine code created in CAM software. The control panel, on the other hand, makes it possible to control the setting movements of individual axes.
- Implemented Mitsubishi brand software guarantees the highest working comfort and simple operation. It provides support for multiple NC axes, PLCs and spindles. The control also allows communication and integration with external devices via PLC without the need to purchase additional software in the future, which will reduce costs in the case of, among others, robotization of the station or retrofitting with other additional modules.
